I was on the job to host Padres Social Hour today.

But then, some stupid technological thing happened, and the show was having trouble transmitting across the airwaves, and gremlins were messing up the feed and the aliens took over the world and what not … So we didn’t actually make it on-air.

*GASP*

It wasn’t anyone’s fault, it was just stupid technological tekky-tech probzzzz.

But, it was kinda sad because it was the first time this season I was hosting with Randy Jones, and we were really looking forward to it, and I had all my notes and we had good things to talk about and I was having a good hair day and GRRRRR.

Before the show. Yay! We’re happy! No tech problems … YET.

When we found out we weren’t transmitting, but still thought we had a chance to make it for at least a half-hour show…

Blah.

Then we got a tease that we were going to have a ten-minute show, and we were ready and excited and … IT CRASHED AGAIN.

Behind the scenes, Seth and Nikki were trying to fix it, but it was like, one of those problems that required an engineer.

Stupid technology.
